These charges are calculated and applied by the border force control within the country of destination and are not applied by us or the courier service.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are not able to waive or reduce them. Customers are advised to check with their local border force control for more details regarding this.

MISHKA is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will deduct any fees incurred from the refund once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.
